Write
a Second Rondo
All milestones in the creation of your composition
must be submitted with pdf and mp3.
All submissions are cumulative. You must include all previously completed milestones.
All pdfs must have a complete
analysis including all motive, phrase,
period, Part and Song Form and/or Sectional
Form annotations. As well you will be expected
to clearly define how you are employing variations
in your rondo sections
You may write for
any three (or more) instruments you choose as long as they collectively
span a no less than 4 octaves. If you are not thinking acoustic
instruments you may write for any three or more distinct timbres as
long as they span no less than 4 octaves. You may also write in
any stylistic genre or manner of your choosing.
50% of your grade will be based on succesfully
you meet the milestone deadlines
50% of your grade will be based on how succesfully you followed the
movement form and employ the compositional devices we have
discussed.
