Area of research: Telecommunications Management with an edge on high technology substitution and price discrimination. Most of the work makes use of linear and nonlinear to develop structural estimation methods that account for asymmetry of information and strategic interactions that firms encounter when they forecast, and plan their infrastructure as well as with their technological decisions. Focused mostly on wireless, upcoming 3G revolution, broadband and convergence issues.
Worked in the past as IT Project Manger and currently as Research Consultant for several Research Institutes in Greece and the USA. Ad-hoc reviewer of IEEE conferences and journals.
On the personal side, I was born in Patras, Greece, where I pursued my B.Sc. in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Technology Department of Patras Polytechnic School, also in Greece; and later obtained MBA in Information Technology in the USA. In 2004 I joined the PhD program in Telecommunications Management in Wesley J. Howe School of Technology Management in Stevens Institute of Technology.
