I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Howe School of Technology mangement. I have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management and a Master's degree in Project Management. My research interests are social computing, crowdsourcing and creativity generation. Currently, my main research focuses on the remixing process of creativity generation and user-generated online contests. I am interested to see how people motivate each other in generating more creative outcomes. Speaking to teaching, I was an instructor in Fundamentals of Information Systems Lab class for undergraduate students. In the lab session, we teach Excel, python and R. This summer I am teaching Social Network Analytics for graduate students.
