2. All interior pages (not laminated) printed on both sides on 11X17 "Tabloid" Paper
3. Each title page of each piece in the interior of the book should contain the name in a large font centered at the top and, in a smaller font on the upper right hand portion of the page, the name of the composer and your name listed as "orchestrated by {your name}

4. The interior pages should appear in the following order:
1. The piece you selected as your premier piece for rendering and demonstration (skip it when it appears in the list below)
2. Sunken Cathedral

5. One note Orchestrations
6. Piano Reduction of Rimsky Korsakov's Scheherazade
7. Pavane for the Sleeping Princess of the Woods (Ravel -1)
5. The very last page of the book will be a back cover that is a blank 11x17 piece of paper laminated. It should contain no writing at all.
6. The book should be bound with an 8.5X11 spiral binding in the top left hand corner of the book. (Kinkos on river and 1st does all of my scores)
7. An audio CD of all of your renderings of your orchestrations should be in a soft (paper) case affixed to the inside back cover. They should appear in the same order as the written orchestrations within the book.
