As the Head Coach of Stevens Men's Soccer Club, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the team's training, development, and performance. This includes designing and implementing training programs, developing game strategies, scouting and recruiting new players, and managing team dynamics. I work closely with Paige Moriarty, assistant director of Athletic Department, and team captains to ensure that everyone is working together towards a common goal, and I provide guidance and mentorship to players to help them develop both on and off the field. Overall, my goal is to create a positive and competitive environment that allows our team to reach its full potential and achieve success both on and off the soccer field.
